Beyond Cohorts
While there will be limited space in each of our cohorts, the possibilities of collaboration with and through the Hub are boundless. Churches and other organizations are invited to attend our Cohort Orientation and Summit events, audit group consultations and workshops, and use our open source online resources. Community Partners

First Congregational Church
First Congregational Church of Bridgton, Maine, was founded in 1784. Today, as part of the United Church of Christ, First Church serves the Lakes Region and its many visitors, seeking to provide a spiritually safe place for all who would seek to know God’s Spirit. First Church is proud to join with their fellow congregations in the United Church of Christ in bearing witness to the “still speaking” God.

Lilly Endowment, Inc.
Lilly Endowment Inc., founded in 1937 by J.K. Lilly, Sr. and his sons Eli and J.K. Jr., seeks to help further “religious, educational, or charitable purposes” with the aim to “nurture the human spirit, intellect and character.” Co-founder Eli Lilly said the following about the Endowment’s driving purpose: “I hope we could help improve the character of the American people.”

Strengthening Ministry with Children
Supporting 295 projects across the United States, Strengthening Ministry with Children Coordination Program “exists to cultivate a learning community for these grantees through an annual gathering, educational offerings, resource distribution, and ongoing project support. The Coordination Program is conducted by Indiana Wesleyan University and funded by Lilly Endowment Inc.”
